Our Aseptic Sterilizers – which are part of the full processing line – contain a series of heat exchangers on a scraped steel surface, ideal for sterilizing product through the circulation of steam.

Electric motors activate the scraping shafts. Stainless steel tubes feed vapor to the exchangers, through a framework with valves, filters, pressure reducers, pneumatic valves, safety valves, and manometers.

Each exchanger possesses a by-pass condensation exhaust, flow indicator, and collector.
